Building this site with Claude Code, one phase at a time

This site is a small showcase of how I like to work: build it, understand it, and keep it simple.

The approach

Phased delivery. Phase 1 was the essentials: home, experience, certifications and contact. Phase 2, the one you are reading, adds projects, this blog and a CV download.
Gitflow. main, develop, and a feature/* branch per phase.
One source of truth. All profile content lives in a single profile.json, so the pages are views over data rather than hand-written markup.
Posts are Markdown files. Drop a .md file with a short front matter block into Content/posts and it appears here.

Phase 3 is about running it properly: infrastructure as code with Terraform, a CI/CD pipeline, and hosting on Azure.
